08/03/12 - Richard Layzell - Enter the City

Enter the City is a performance workshop led by Richard Layzell. It is also a networking opportunity for performance artists throughout Scotland to get to know one another within a collaborative context.

This is what Richard says about the day:

"We'll explore the collaborative process, the unspoken state and some unique urban locations. It will be a journey for us as individuals and as a group, the process of working together leading to outcomes along the way and back at base.

I'll be inviting a response to physical materials, exterior spaces and the intuitive communication that happens without words. So we'll focus on the internal (ideas, reflections, refinement) and the external (sensation, perception, place).

The smallest action can make all the difference. Or the largest. The city is ours."

For further details about Richard's approach please see: http://www.rescen.net/Richard_Layzell/r_layzell.html.
