Invited by NEoN 2011 to create a site-specific response to the Law Hill, D-AiR's Performance Collective will examine the rules that regulate public spaces in Dundee. We are curious to know whether 'management' and 'control' are synonymous terms and how these words relate to our interpretation of The Law (more broadly).

Taking as our performance score the 'Management Rules Regulating Parks, Open Spaces and Places of Public Resort or Recreation' in Dundee, and set against a soundscape by Andrew Mitchell and Raz Ullah, this P.C. performance fulfils The Law by exceeding it.

In this guise D-AiR's Performance Collective are Jonathan Baxter, Sarah Gittins, Holly Keasey, Beth Savage, and Pernille Spence.
