For NEoN's final gathering Guerrilla Gallery and Bike Light Disco will be - if we had one - riding on a tandem. Showcasing VJs Retchy v Smash, DJ Desperado Dan, live music, tagtool, OHP drawing, and our usual array of art, design, and architectural submissions, you'll find us pedaling high on the seventh floor of Greenmarket Carpark.
